OIL PULLING

HOW TO DO OIL PULLING

1. Use 1 teaspoon / 5 to 15 ml of any oil depending upon your taste preference (I prefer sesame Oil or Coconut Oil)

2. Start with 2 to 3 min of gargling (swishing) and gradually increase to 5 to 10 min,

Oil consistency need to change to  thin and milky white color.

Gargling is kind of exercise to your face muscles too so do gargle and swish properly

Important Note - - After Gargle, be careful don’t swallow even a bit, because while gargling the oil absorb the entire toxin particle from the blood and mouth etc…

3. After gargling Spit the oil out (not in wash basins because it clogs the pipe)

WHEN YOU NEED TO DO OIL PULLING

American Dentist Association doesn’t accept Oil Pulling as an alternative for flossing, brushing and mouth wash. So Oil pulling method is followed by Indian Ayurvedha only

As per Indian Ayurvedha, Not only for dental, Oil Pulling remove toxin from body, sort out mouth bad smell etc…

As per Indian ayurvedha they recommend to do it in the empty stomach so morning time is best and once in a day is fine.

BRUSH

HOW TO SELECT YOUR TOOTH BRUSH

1.    Soft-bristled brush with small head Size

2.    When it comes to the type of handle (such as non-slip grip or flexible neck), shape of the head (tapered or rectangular) and style of bristles (such as rippled, flat or trimmed to a dome shape), pick whatever is most comfortable for you. The best toothbrush is one that fits your mouth and allows you to reach all teeth easily.

3.    You should replace your toothbrush when it begins to show wear, or every three months, whichever comes first.
